Occupational safety and health
The safety and health of our employees is one of our company's top priorities.
Our management as well as our employees adhere to the principle that nobody should work at the expense of their health. It is necessary to eliminate all hazardous work procedures and to follow all applicable legislative measures. Šroubárna Kyjov shall support everyone who performs their work at a high level of safety and hygiene. Our goal is to prevent any injury or damage to the health of company employees and customers, i.e. all persons present on our company premises.
Our trade union also fully supports these ideas and principles. Together we strive to create conditions to prevent the occurrence of accidents, injuries and situations dangerous to health.
We continuously implement technologies with the highest possible level of protection. We organize personnel training in order to increase awareness of occupational safety and health, which leads to reduced numbers and severity of work injuries.
